Good but slow shipping
Product is a solid 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because it took a while before they shipped it. Quality is definitely there.

Worth the wait

Better than expected
This thing is built tough. I've been using it regularly and haven't had any issues. Quality exceeded my expectations.

Shipping needs improvement
The product is good quality and feels durable, but the wait before shipping was frustrating. I'd consider ordering again if processing improves.
