Return & Refund Policy

At Apex Industries, we stand behind the quality of our premium carbon fiber accessories. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests only if an item does not fit your firearm or intended application. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original condition
You must provide your order number and specify the compatibility issue

Break-In Period — Not Eligible for Refund

Many of our carbon fiber products require a break-in period before achieving their optimal fit and feel. Issues such as stiffness, tightness, or resistance during initial use are a normal part of this process and are not considered a fit defect. Refund requests attributed to break-in period characteristics will not be accepted. We recommend following the included product guidelines and allowing adequate break-in time before contacting us.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Break-in period characteristics
Improper installation or user error
Normal wear and tear
